Refund Policy
Short version: The Before You Cookbookis a digital download, so once you've received the PDF we don't offer refunds. The exception is if something on our end didn't work — in that case, please tell us so we can fix it or refund you.
The default
Because the book is delivered instantly as a PDF, all sales are final once the file has been delivered. We can't un-send a download.
When we'll always make it right
If any of these happen, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll either fix it or refund you in full:
- The download link doesn't work.
- The PDF is corrupted or won't open.
- You were charged but never received the book.
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
How to request a refund
Email hello@thebeforeyoucookbook.com from the address you used at checkout and tell us what happened. If a refund is the right answer, we'll process it through Stripe to your original payment method. Most banks return the funds within 5–10 business days.
